    Selena has been coaching and developing people of all standards and ages since she was a junior herself.  Her sessions are focused on working hard, but first and foremost on learning through fun activities that will keep you on your toes.

    Having reached the world top 100 and representing Australia, Selena started F8Squash 7 years ago and promotes an attacking style for all levels.

  • Tate Norris

    Tate is a PSA professional, currently ranked top 10 in Australia. Having represented Victoria throughout his Junior career Tate is now pursuing a Senior career on the PSA circuit and when he is not competing he is an in demand coach.

    Tate is a great technical specialist for beginners through to A graders who would like to be pushed to be their best.

  • Alex Baines

    Alex Baines grew up playing racquetball in Albury/Wodonga. He now plays and coaches both squash and racquetball at a high level and is one of the best racquetball players in the state. Alex brings a lot of fun to his sessions and can work with players of all levels.

  • Benjamin Ratcliffe

    A current PSA professional with a highest world ranking of 216, Ben keeps a high pace and promotes an attacking style. He’s fun to watch, lightning fast and brings heaps of energy every time he steps on court. He’s a great option for players of all levels.

    In his spare time Ben is a pilot and a mad Cats fan and is often out competing on the PSA tour.

  • Jess Osborne

    Jess, a former PSA professional from the NT is an awesome addition to the F8 team.

    Passionate about squash and developing others, Jess has trained with the Australian Squad in QLD for a number of years before moving down to Melbourne to study Physio. Her experience from playing on the tour and training at an elite level in our National High Performance Program means that Jess has a huge amount of knowledge and experience to pass on to players of all levels.

  • Sam Ejtemai

    Sam has been playing squash for around 20 years. As a junior he represented Australia as team captain, won 5x national age group championships and reached a world ranking of #6.

    Sam has been coaching for the past 10 years. He specialises in game-play specific coaching, incorporating patterns and gameplay drills to simulate match like situations.

  • Christopher Pon

    Chris is an A grade player and squash coach who has represented Victoria, his squash club and school. He has a decade of playing experience, with the last few years refining techniques to pass these skills on to others.

    While always being focused on the individual aims of the players he works with, he loves to see improvement built from good squash habits. Developing junior players, their skills, and their love for the sport is also a passion of his.

    Ketan is a talented junior who has represented Victoria and is fast rising in the Australian Junior ranks.

    Ketan has a pasion for helping other juniors learn and develop their game and imparting his love for squash to all who will let him!

  • Jarod Lee

    Jarod has nearly 10 years of experience playing competitively in various states in Malaysia and in China. His greatest achievements are having been selected to represent his state and country in tournaments throughout his junior years.

    Jarod has four years of experience coaching players of all levels from beginners with no experience, to advanced players across all age categories. He enjoys helping others develop not only their racquet skills and fitness but also their game plans and how to make better decisions during a match.

  • Damon McMillan

    Damon is a former PSA squash player who was ranked top 10 nationally and 240 worldwide. He won the National Junior Championship as the WA Head Boys Coach and was awarded Western Australia Coach of the Year. He is currently studying a Masters of Teaching at Melbourne Uni.

    Damon has over 10 years of professional coaching experience. He takes a holistic approach to coaching, addressing the links between all aspects of the game to help players achieve noticeable improvements.
